Medical Clinics
Care model
We provide high-quality care for acute medical problems* at no cost to the patient.
We are happy to provide initial care for chronic medical conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure, depression, and other conditions. Our goal with every patient is to treat their immediate medical needs, and then bridge care to a more permanent medical home (such as a primary care physician).
We have an in-house pharmacy with a limited supply of common prescription medications to help meet your immediate needs.
We do not provide emergency medical care. If you have a medical emergency, please call 911 or go to the hospital emergency room right away.
We have Spanish interpreters available during most of our clinics. We also have an on-demand web translation service for several additional languages.
We have a resource navigator on-site to help link patients to other community services and resources that they may need.
Services within our clinic are provided at no cost to the patient. Any outside care could have a charge. Before we refer you for outside care, we will give you information about financial assistance and any costs you might be responsible for.
We do not provide physicals for employment, school, sports, or DOT.
*Acute medical problems often happen suddenly, have symptoms that occur right away, and are usually limited in duration. Examples of acute conditions include strep throat, a urinary tract infection, or a sprained ankle.
